# From Idea to Google Accelerator: How We Built Sheknowmics in 60 Days
Some projects start with a brief. This one started with a vision and a blank screen.
When the founder of Sheknowmics came to Kinetic, there was no website, no product, no company infrastructure — just a clear idea: build the operating system for women's health in India.
Sixty days later, Sheknowmics was live, serving 1,200+ users, and had been selected for support by Google's Accelerator Program.
This is exactly how we built it.
---
The starting point: nothing
No landing page. No web app. No payment system. No brand presence online.
Just a founder with deep domain expertise in women's health and a product vision that needed a technical partner to bring it to life.
Kinetic became that partner.
---
What we scoped in week one
Before writing a single line of code, we mapped the complete system:
This was not a website project. This was a company infrastructure build.

The build sequence
Week 1–2: Landing page and brand foundation
The first thing live was the landing page — built in Next.js, conversion-focused, designed to explain a complex health product simply and capture waitlist signups before the app was ready.
This gave the founder something real to show investors, early users, and partners from day one.
Week 2–4: Core web application
The web app was built on Next.js with a Supabase backend — handling user authentication, health data storage, personalised dashboards, and the core tracking features.
Every architectural decision was made with scale in mind. The system needed to handle sensitive health data securely, respond fast, and be extensible as the product evolved.
Week 3–5: ML model for menstrual health tracking
This was the most technically complex piece of the build.
We developed a custom machine learning model trained on menstrual health data — designed to surface personalised insights for each user based on their tracked cycles, symptoms, and patterns.
This is what separates Sheknowmics from a generic health app. The intelligence is proprietary.
Week 4–6: Razorpay + BlueDart integration
Sheknowmics isn't just a digital platform — it ships physical products to users.
We integrated Razorpay as the payment gateway, handling subscriptions and one-time purchases, and connected BlueDart as the delivery partner for physical fulfilment — with order tracking built directly into the user dashboard.
Week 5–8: Community section
The final layer was community — a built-in space where Sheknowmics users can interact, ask questions, share experiences, and support each other through their health journeys.
This was built as a core product feature, not an afterthought. Community retention is a growth lever — users who engage with the community stay longer and refer more.
---
The result: 60 days from nothing to live
1,200+ users on the platform within weeks of launch.
Selected by Google for their Accelerator Program — a recognition of both the technical quality and the market potential of what was built.
Android app currently in development — the next layer of the Sheknowmics system.
The platform is live at sheknowmics.com.
---
What made this possible
Speed without shortcuts. Two months is fast for what was built. It was possible because every architectural decision was made upfront — we did not rebuild anything twice.
Systems thinking from day one. The landing page, app, payments, delivery, and community are not five separate things. They are one system. Each layer feeds the next.
The right tech stack. Next.js for performance and SEO. Supabase for a scalable, secure backend. Razorpay and BlueDart for proven, reliable integrations. Nothing exotic — just the right tools used correctly.

Sheknowmics is one example of what Kinetic does — build complete digital systems for founders and businesses who need more than a website.
