Platform privacy notice
Kinetic Labs operates Kinetic Converse, a business messaging platform. We process account details, service configuration, and customer communications only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described to the relevant business.
Customer communications
Messages, images, voice notes, and transcripts are processed to answer the customer's request. Raw communication content is configured for deletion after 30 days. Kinetic Converse uses private storage and short-lived access links; it does not make customer media public.
AI processing and improvement
The service uses OpenAI to process text, images, and audio. Learning insights are off by default. If a business enables them only after publishing its own notice and grievance contact, the system creates redacted aggregate recommendations for owner review; it does not train or change the bot automatically.
Google Calendar and Google Sheets
Connecting Google is optional and requires authorization from the business owner. Calendar access reads the available calendar list and availability, and creates, reads, updates or cancels appointments on the writable calendar the owner selects. Sheets access is read-only: the service reads headings and new lead rows from intake tabs the owner registers, imports their mapped contact details and form answers into Leads, and supports the business's configured follow-ups. It does not edit the source spreadsheet or make it public. Connecting Google alone does not enable customer messaging.
Google refresh tokens are stored in private encrypted credential storage, scoped to the connected business. Imported lead details and appointment records are stored in the business workspace and are available to its authorized team. Raw sheet submission records follow the business's configured retention period, with a 90-day default; saved lead records and appointments have separate operational retention. Data needed for a configured appointment or follow-up may be sent to Google Calendar or the business's connected messaging provider to perform that action. We do not sell Google user data, use it to target advertisements, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Kinetic Converse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Owners can disconnect Google from the dashboard and revoke the app's access through their Google account. Disconnecting Sheets pauses that workspace's sheet sources and their queued follow-ups; it does not automatically delete previously imported records or revoke other Google connections. Contact us below to request deletion of retained Google credentials or imported data, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Your choices and requests
For a conversation with a business using Kinetic Converse, contact that business through the privacy notice or grievance contact it provides. For Kinetic platform-account requests, contact admin@buildwithkinetic.org. We may need to verify a request and retain limited records where required for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
This notice describes the platform and is not a substitute for each business's customer-facing notice, terms, returns, or sector-specific disclosures.
