Platform privacy notice
Kinetic Labs operates Kinetic Converse, a business messaging platform. We process account details, service configuration, and customer communications only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described to the relevant business.
Customer communications
Messages, images, voice notes, and transcripts are processed to answer the customer's request. Raw communication content is configured for deletion after 30 days. Kinetic Converse uses private storage and short-lived access links; it does not make customer media public.
AI processing and improvement
The service uses OpenAI to process text, images, and audio. Learning insights are off by default. If a business enables them only after publishing its own notice and grievance contact, the system creates redacted aggregate recommendations for owner review; it does not train or change the bot automatically.
Your choices and requests
For a conversation with a business using Kinetic Converse, contact that business through the privacy notice or grievance contact it provides. For Kinetic platform-account requests, contact admin@buildwithkinetic.org. We may need to verify a request and retain limited records where required for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
This notice describes the platform and is not a substitute for each business's customer-facing notice, terms, returns, or sector-specific disclosures.
